PRIVACY

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Travel Campaign Lab handles, why it is used and the choices available to account holders.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, job title, company if supplied, country, state or region where requested, and your email-marketing preference.

When you evaluate a campaign, we process the campaign brief, audience selections, copy, offer details, optional landing-page reference and any uploaded campaign image. Signed-in users may store completed reports in their account library.

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, company if supplied, enquiry category and message you submit.

We also record limited first-party service analytics, such as page views, completed evaluations, account activity, report downloads, and sponsored-placement impressions and clicks. These records are designed to measure the service and advertising performance and do not contain the campaign copy itself.

How we use information

  • Provide campaign evaluations, report storage and account access.
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
  • Measure usage and sponsored-placement performance.
  • Send product, insight and selected partner communications only where you have opted in.
  • Meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations.

AI processing and service providers

Campaign material is processed by a third-party artificial-intelligence service to generate the requested evaluation. We also use trusted cloud providers for website hosting, account authentication, report and file storage, database operations and transactional email delivery. Those providers process information only to supply their respective services to us.

Some processing may occur outside Australia, including in the United States and countries in the European Economic Area, depending on the service and configuration in use. We take reasonable steps to select reputable providers and manage these arrangements appropriately.

Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to share. Remove personal traveller data, booking references, payment information and sensitive client details before submitting a campaign.

Advertising and marketing

Sponsored placements are displayed separately from the evaluation process. Their content is not supplied to the AI evaluator. We measure placement impressions and clicks so that performance can be reported to advertisers.

If you select the optional email preference, Travel Campaign Lab may send its own updates and selected travel-industry partner offers. You can withdraw this preference from the Account preferences page or through an unsubscribe link in a commercial email.

Retention and security

Account reports remain available until you delete them or the account is removed. Enquiries, operational records and analytics records may be retained for legitimate support, reporting, security and service-improvement purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may review or update your profile and marketing preference, delete saved reports, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Contact
